WHAT'S NAF?
The National Academy Foundation (NAF) is a national network of education, business, and community leaders who work together to ensure high school students are college, career, and future ready.
Since 1982, NAF has been partnering with high-need communities to improve outcomes for students by implementing small learning communities within existing high schools. NAF is responsible for creating the Academy of Finance education model which has been adopted by 500 schools across the United States.

NAF's program design ignites students’ passion for learning and gives businesses the opportunity to shape America’s future workforce by transforming the learning environment to include STEM infused industry-specific curricula and work-based learning experiences.
Clark High School joined the National Academy Foundation in 1997 and remains the only NAF Academy of Finance program in Nevada.
In 2017, the Clark Academy of Finance earned the "Distinguished Academy" designation by the National Academy of Foundation. Distinguished academies demonstrate exceptional fidelity to an educational design that prepares students for college, career, and future success. Research shows that students in NAF academies achieve better results than those in the same school district who are not in NAF academies. Clark AOF continues to work to maintain its Distinguished Academy designation.
